You will now be able to see all of your other friends who are currently using the feature. Each will be listed by location, showing their physical distance between you. The closest friends will be shown first and will be accompanied by a Facebook Messenger button which you can use to open up a chat with them.

Enabling or disabling chat heads is simple on Android. First, tap the profile icon in the top left to open the Settings menu. Next, locate "Chat Heads," then tap the slider to either enable or disable the feature. If you have any chat heads currently open, they will disappear if you disable the option here.

For MacOS, you can install the Facebook Messenger app from within the App Store. For Windows, you can download the installer file and have the app running in no time. If you look for "facebook", that collection encapsulates facebook-chat. So if you have a rule that allows "facebook", you will allow chat, and if you want to block it, the deny rule needs to be a higher order rule above that.
